I have been On Guard

for the past two days. I mean that I have been taking capsules of On Guard™ doTerra’s Protective Blend of essential oils to help fight off a cold I felt coming on.

The protocol for taking internally is to put 5 drops Oregano and 5 drops on guard in a capsule and take 3 times daily at the on set of cold or flu symptoms, but I don’t have the Oregano yet.
I can honestly say my symptoms have not progressed.
